Since New York States’s PAUSE executive order has shifted into later stages, BRM workers have been out in force to address repairs and maintenance issues which couldn’t be dealt with during the height of the pandemic. Our staff is always equipped with hazmat suits, masks, gloves, and cleaning materials to ensure the health and safety of the residents and themselves. Our goal is to accommodate the wishes of the residents and to work in their units in a way they makes them comfortable and safe.
All residents are requested to contact their supers, managers, and the office with any and all maintenance requests.
