Lewis Barbanel is a third-generation real estate owner and operator with nearly 40 years of acquisition, development, property management, and asset oversight experience.

He has bought and sold more than 100 commercial properties and has overseen nearly 5,000 apartments and several hundred thousand square feet of retail and commercial space under management across New York, New Jersey, and Florida, navigating expansion cycles, recessions, interest-rate volatility, regulatory changes, and shifting tenant demand.

Lewis brings a long-view approach to investment decisions, balancing risk management, practical operations, refinancing opportunities, tenant relationships, and capital appreciation. A graduate of Skidmore College with a background in business and history, he combines market awareness with the perspective of an owner who has worked through multiple real estate cycles firsthand.
