The COVID Rent Relief Program will be reopened for applications with expanded eligibility criteria. HCR will accept applications from households starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, December 18 through Monday, February 1, 2021. Barberry Rose Management is also extending the 10% discount to those residents whose rent is received by the 10th of each month & are current on their rent.  This discount continues to be a one-time accommodation under emergency circumstances and will be reevaluated each month.
