For the fourth consecutive month since the effects of Covid-19 has affected all aspects everyone's lives, BRM has offered assistance to all residents.
Assistance has included:
- A significant rent discount for continued timely payments
- Case by case assistance of forbearance and deferment for all residents who have contacted us
- Direction and links to the appropriate government agencies for further assistance

RE: Covid-19 Update
Dear Residents,
We are extending the 10% discount to those residents where rent is received by the 10th of July. This is still considered a one-time accommodation under emergency circumstances for residents that are current on their rent. Each month will be evaluated.
