The health and safety of our residents and employees continue to be our top priority. We continue to focus on frequent daily cleanings of all high-touch and common areas; however we will begin a quarterly sanitizing & disinfecting service for the building common areas in the coming weeks. It is a process that most restaurants and hospitals are using. Essentially it is a 4 step process that will be performed by Total Change Inc – http://www.totalchangeinc.com/:
- Dry vape steam is sprayed throughout which is hot enough to kill everything on surfaces. No chemical here, just heat.
- Clean & wipe everything down. Including Windex on any glass.

- Finally, Z-PROBIOTIC Microflora Environmental Spray will be used. This is a concentrated microflora spray that leaves a powerful barrier of FDA GRAS probiotics on surfaces. The proprietary microorganisms in ENVIRO MIST establish and maintain a stable and healthy microbial community on hard surfaces and fabrics. Even though these products are considered safe to spray around humans and animals by the FDA & EPA we will be performing the cleanings at night. We will hang notices in the building 24 hours prior to service. This is a temporary service while the Covid-19 pandemic continues.
